Our primary Servers and services are hosted in an enterprise-level Colocation on a major Fiber loop. Our Colo location is able to run for 2 weeks on Generator systems and Battery backup. With access to 7 different ISP NA National Fiber providers and autonomous failover, our fiber connection is able to remain online and responsive. Our connections keep us not only up and running, but the high quality delivered to our servers reduces jitter to a non-issue, which keeps our phone calls at the very best of quality.

We have state-of-the-art firewall services and backup procedures to ensure that our data is not only protected but always able to deliver and meet expectations. We manage inbound and outbound call routes in real-time and are able to meet the very highest standards for our client's SLA demands, and always deliver above expectations.

Our Primary office headquarters building of course doesn’t skimp on deliverability either. We maintain multiple auto-failover Fiber connections and Server redundancy. We are able to flawlessly transfer traffic to another office location. As these past few years have taught the world, the ability to be flexible and allow for remote forwarding of calls, or VPN work is a must, and we are able to do that very quickly should the need arise. We test these failover scenarios and ensure they are always ready to deliver.
